-Ability to pull, print and distribute packing slips to staff.
-Ability to identify and readily resolve issues with packing slips, including BIR's and priority shipments, communicating these issues to Warehouse & Customer Service Managers as required.
-Ability to work effectively with representatives from all courier companies including, but not limited to: USPS, UPS and Federal Express.
-Ability to interpret written procedures, and author procedures for functions performed in the role.
-Strong organizational skills.
-The ability to work 50+ hours a week in a casual atmosphere
-The ability to work independently, completing tasks with little supervision throughout the day.
-Ability to solve problems using data and established facts.
-Ability to react quickly making decisions required to create minimal impact to customers based upon inventory issues.
-Knowledge of golf products and features helpful.
-Effective communication with Warehouse Management Team on shipping related issues including, but not limited to: order delays/ potential inventory issues with pick areas, etc
-All orders must meet required shipping time-frames so that corporate goals are met.
-Ensuring the flow of Orders is timely and accurate.
-Ensuring the optimization of the pick areas and managing of the category pickers.
-Work closely with Inventory Manager on inventory issues within specific categories.
-Basic Internet navigation knowledge
-Ability to create/communicate effectively via email.
-Ability to stand / walk on hard surfaces for up to eight hours per day.
-Able to lift and move items up to 70 lbs. Repetitively, and to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis.
-Ability to sit in front of and operate a computer.
-Ability to work in extreme heat or cold due to external weather conditions
impacting the open warehouse environment.
-Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels created by computers, printers, and warehouse equipment.
