WAREHOUSE MANAGER (PRODUCTION)
CHESAPEAKE, VA 23320
Hours: 7-4 or 8-5 occasional OT as needed full time 40 hours weekly
Dress code: Business Casual
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and executes policies, plans and procedures for production facility, including the areas of hiring staff, staff and equipment scheduling, printing, inventory planning, manufacturing operations, plant safety and product quality
Directly or indirectly supervises all manufacturing employees
Assigns/recruits staff as appropriate to ensure key performance goals are met and/or improved upon
Sets goals and initiates tasks and projects as appropriate to drive business results, product and process innovation/improvements and quality standards
Compile/monitor/analyze information from daily timesheets and production reports
Cover various production duties in absence of key staff
Promote a collaborative and quality-first culture with staff
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Ability to analyze departmental data for the purpose of evaluating performance and implementing improvements
Ability to effectively lead multiple departments
Must have a customer-first sensibility
Must be responsive and helpful and have a sense of urgency

Must be able to multi-task and complete projects accurately in a timely manner
Must be professional, courteous and polite with customers and co-workers
Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Production Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Pay is dependent on Experience.
