-Knowledge of golf products and features is a plus.
-Daily receipt of incoming shipments, reconciling to purchase orders. Identification of discrepancies to be reported and recorded on inventory management systems as soon as possible.
-Daily organization of warehouse inventory locations insuring that adequate stock is available for the shipping team to fulfill orders.
-Maintenance of a safe environment for our team with the safe stacking and storing of inventory.
-Maintenance of a risk-averse inventory environment, utilizing secured areas for high-value inventory items and keeping that area locked when necessary.
-Performing daily maintenance to inventory allocations as required based upon inventory alerts.
-Blocking or removing listings for items where inventory shortages may occur prior to creating a customer impact.
-Updating of inventory management systems based upon physical inventory counts.
-Daily staging of every sku. All sku's must have UPC codes placed on item and entered into Net Suite.
-Overseeing logo ball customization operation responsibilities.
-Repackaging of returns & item protective/presentation packaging for resale.
-Effective communication with Warehouse Management Team on inventory related issues including, but not limited to: inventory locations, low inventory alerts, inventory delays, and incorrect inventory items.
-Ability to stand / walk on hard surfaces for up to eight hours per day.
-Able to lift and move items up to 70 lbs. Repetitively, and to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis.
-Ability to sit in front of and operate a computer.
-Ability to work in extreme heat or cold due to external weather conditions impacting the open warehouse environment.
-Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels created by computers, printers, and warehouse equipment.
-Ability to navigate, understand and master inventory management systems, and all company systems which integrate with the inventory management system.
-Basic Internet navigation knowledge required.
-Ability to create, modify and update Excel Spreadsheets.
-Ability to create, modify and update Word documents.
