The pay rate is in the range of 70-90k depending on experience.
Execution of the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), Joint High Speed Vessel (JHSV), Mine Counter Measures (MCM), and USCG Cutter programs.
Delivery of Ship Service Diesel Generators (SSDGs) to new vessels, planned maintenance, and casualty response/recovery.
Assess warranty claims to include validity determination and effectively communicating and explaining findings to the customer.
Intracompany communication to ensure a coordinated effort of manpower and supplies availability.
Primary contact for projects to include several efforts but not limited to providing quotations for requested work, recognizing and communicating potential conflicts, reviewing contracts and purchase orders, informing the customer if there are any changes to scope in the project and negotiating the cost difference, and ensuring the project is accurately billed and paid.
Manage and reporting the status of up to 15 projects simultaneously.
Incorporate lessons learned from similar past projects and applying them to future work.
Responsible for uniformity of project execution within each program.
Implement intra-departmental process changes to streamline job life-cycle process to eliminate redundant data input, capture growth work, and increase billing accuracy.
Performs other duties as directed by senior management.
Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses experience and intuition to complement data; Designs work flows and program procedures. Ability to prioritize work flow to ensure timely completion. Ability to multitask several projects at any given time.

Bachelor s Degree in Science Discipline or Engineering (Master s Degree Preferred)
Experienced with ISO Quality Systems, NAVSEA, ABS, USCG, and commercial standards.
Working knowledge of military standards.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to prepare budgets and understand financial reports.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Working knowledge of Project Management software; MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access.
