Responsible for managing and supporting the daily activities of the Warehouse, Maintenance & Repair, Install & Delivery departments to ensure they run smoothly and on schedule to maintain utmost customer service to our customers.
Manage and oversee Install department to ensure installation of water systems are in accordance with local codes, programmed and operating properly.
Manage and oversee Warehouse department to ensure tank regeneration inventory is kept up and current, equipment prep & repair in shop is done, and inventory is maintained.
Manage, assist, and oversee Delivery department to ensure deliveries and routes are completed in expected time frames.
Manage, assist, and oversee Maintenance & Repair department to ensure service calls and necessary follow up is performed.
Provide timely and effective communication and resolution of all service installation issues relating to all residential and commercial customers.
Develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures.
Work with Sales Manager, Office Manager & General Manager regularly to maintain flow & communication.
Maintain and oversee fleet, resolve issues, approve maintenance and repairs as needed. Report major issues that exceed company quota to General Manager.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Oversee and ensure all technician vans are regularly cleaned and stocked appropriately.
Ensure adequate inventory is available to meet customers wants and needs.
Complete on call holidays and weekends as required.
Assist/train other employees as requested.
May be required and must be physically able to perform Route Delivery, Service Call or Install duties.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Associates Degree or higher in Management field.
High school diploma with additional certifications and experience.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to handle repetitive weight of 50 + lbs.
Understand equipment and application.
Planning and anticipating parts needs for maintenance, repair, install, delivery and production departments.
Attend trainings as management requires (ex., Household, Commercial, DI/RO).
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
