" Complete all required staffing vendor paperwork required by contract
" Check-in with each supervisor at the beginning of each shift to ensure all personnel requirements are being
" Coordinate with Reliance staff and assist in contacting employees about hours, work schedule, time off.
" Meet and escort all new employees provided from Reliance to on walk-throughs of facility, direct them to appropriate supervisor on start date. Provide orientation of client from parking lot to work station. Keep the employees aware of new policies, procedures and situations while on assignment with client
" Complete required employee paperwork
" Complete necessary reports
" Assist as needed and perform other duties as assigned

" Seeking a highly motivated, energetic, self starting, outgoing individual preferably with a background in the staffing/recruiting industry. This is a mid level position.
" 3- 5 years experience with Management or Human Resources Intern/Admin, Interviewing/hiring, Placement, etc.
" Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or Business Administration preferred.
" Excellent oral and written communication, high attention to detail.
" Excellent time-management needed, as well as being a quick learner.
" Must be extremely proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
