Provide ownership and oversight of company balance sheet, revenue estimates, direct and indirect expenses
Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and all associated fiscal reporting, including department budgets, general ledger account maintenance and data entry
Develop, implement and maintain finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures including establishing and maintaining internal cost and compliance control safeguards
Continuously improve financial modeling, forecasting, reporting and accounting -- both process and technology, including keeping up with industry best practices

Ten years of hands-on accounting or financial management experience
Preferred familiarity with loan analysis and/or insurance bonding, commercial construction or similar experience a plus
