CUSTOMER SERVICE E-COMMERCE
RICHMOND, VA 23219
Typical duties would include but are not limited to:
-Downloading order files from e-commerce portal to enter into the system several times daily.
-Troubleshoot orders with problems, changes, etc.
-Provide customer service via phone and email while managing inbound calls to the office.
-Create shipping labels manually and in-line with different retailer requirements.
-File Shipping claims from data in the systems.
-Various data entry in Excel, Access Database, and other retailer web portals.
-Other miscellanious customer service and administrative tasks as required.
-previous experience in an customer service role supporting e-commerce.
-patient and polite phone demeanor.
-experience with Excel, Access, and high familiarity with websites and web portals.
-experience with vlookups to match data and ability to take data and organize it in an excel sheet without instruction.
-a high level of comfort with computers as you will be working in excel all day.
-ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
-high attention to detail and high level of organization.
