CLIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR
NEWPORT NEWS, VA 23600
Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in the daily business practices, including but not limited to telephone coverage, coordination of client meetings, and file and calendar maintenance
Reception and answering phones with an upbeat, helpful manner
Onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information
Preparing sales packets, purchase orders, correspondence, Excel and Word reports.
Maintain updated client contact records using the Firm s CRM
Make calls to prospective clients and schedule meetings
Client Relationship Management; Process client service items such as requests for statements, tax forms, client record changes, beneficiary changes, address changes, and other maintenance items. Prepare, review, and mail required documents as needed.
Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Able to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
Professional, focused, and disciplined approach to work responsibilities
Experience in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
