ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Job duties and description:
Office environment with operational hours between 8-5
Generally, reports to a project or program manager.
Assist with tasks related to contractual compliance, service quality, staffing, financial performance and technical requirements.
May assist with coordination for personnel requirements including onboarding, travel, visas, entry requirements, and access requirements.
Coordinate purchasing, shipping, delivery, inventory, and similar activities.
Assist with project schedules, meetings, agenda development, and coordination requirements across multiple locations and time zones, potentially in multiple languages.
Review, analyze, and report on performance indicators, requirements, expectations and outcomes.
Willingness to grind
Able to fail fast and learn quickly
MS Office and Excel skills
Comfortable with a high stakes, competitive environment, subject to uncertainty, ambiguity and random change
Clear written and verbal communications with extreme attention to detail
