COUNTER CLERK/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Responsible for answering incoming calls and email correspondence
Create tickets and fill tickets for incoming pick up
Resolve customer issues regarding product acceptance.
Assist customers with tracking product.
Correspond with offices to solve customer issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Microsoft Outlook experience is preferred. Ability to learn proprietary software.
Ability to handle a fast paced environment.
Ability to multitask is a critical.
Strong customer focus with emphasis on quality and volume.
Hours: 7: 00am -5: 00PM, Pay: Dependent on experience.
