Primary Role: Perform all Administrative office tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking. Scheduling of jobs and customer satisfaction activities. Office duties such as drafting correspondence, filing and creating reports.
Results Expected: All work is processed and documented accurately and timely. Customers, Centers of Influence, Production Team all communicated to in a timely accurate manner. Processing of A/R and A/P are current. All files and reports are maintained as required. All tasks are completed as assigned.
Enter estimates into several specific software programs.
Perform Job completions.
Assisting Production Team with estimating requirements.
Insuring all insurance claim requirements are accurate and met on time.
On call rotation to answer emergency after hour phone calls to insure proper dispatching of crews.
Marketing support to maintain consistent client contact.
