Perform general maintenance, repairs, inspections on plumbing, electrical, apartment turnovers, and HVAC
systems, carpentry, appliances, and glass replacement, etc.
Prepare vacant units, as needed, for new residents ensuring that the unit meets the
company s standards/checklist.
Ensure an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and
properly maintained; free of trash, debris and animal waste.
Respond to resident calls for service promptly and resolve issue within 24 hours when possible.
Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects and vendors by ensuring that
expectations are met or exceeded.
Some night and weekend availability, and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to residents and team members regarding
planned and completed tasks.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in all duties as assigned.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by ensuring OSHA (Occupational Safety
and Health Act) standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times.
Attend and participate in staff meetings as required or requested.
Maintain pool/spa equipment, fitness equipment and laundry facilities, if applicable.
Other responsibilities as assigned by Property Manager or Maintenance Manager.
