Associates Degree Preferred
Minimum of Two years experience as an administrative assistant
Minimum typing - 40 WPM with accuracy
Proficiency in Word, Excel,, Outlook Knowledge of SQL & Visual would be great
Proficiency in the use of standard of office tools: scanner, copy machine, fax etc.
Strong organizational skills
Data Entry minimum 6000 KPH
Have excellent command of English composition and punctuation
Primary function is to oversee all activities of the main office
Maintenance and organization of reception area.
Pick up, distribution and dissemination of all mail and correspondence.
Screening and routing all incoming calls. Routine filing of paperwork.
Research as needed for the Coordinators.
Answer mail - correspondence (writing letters), emails, phone calls, etc.
Maintain accurate records and receipts.
The following items can be requested as needed: Some minor accounting and bookkeeping.
Should always exhibit professionalism, demonstrated by well groomed appearance, conscientious work ethic, and accountability.
Should be willing and able to work at a fast pace within a variety of settings and circumstances, with composure and flexibility.
Should be ever conscious of the need for confidentiality.
