Be an integral part of our newest, fully integrated product Visual, in COATS Office Automation where we are seeking an experienced Payroll, Accounting, and Technical Support professional to expertly handle client questions regarding the software and how to best use it to make their company run like a fine oiled machine.
Are you proficient in Customer Service and have a can-do attitude? Job details include Accounting/Payroll/Tax knowledge as well as some Information Technology skills. Experience with Mag Media (electronically transmitting state taxes) for multiple states, year- end and quarterlies highly desired. If you are a friendly upbeat indiviual who is comfortable with a fast paced environment, you will enjoy this position. A Staffing/Recruiting background would be a plus.
THE POSITION in fine print:
Understanding the priority level of incoming calls for support and ensure calls are handled immediately
Ensure calls beyond capabilities are advanced to a higher level of support
Provide training to clients regarding Company software
Maintain log of client tickets via ConnectWise system; ensure tickets are completed in full
Assist in the development of custom reports
Assist in the sales process when potential clients have technical questions regarding software and/or hardware
Assist in technical writing and proof reading of all Company documentation and related web sites
Help Desk experience preferred- but not required
Minimum 2-3 years accounting/ payroll required.
Understanding of networking fundamentals.
Great, clear concise speaking voice and the ability to communicate effectively.
Patient, organized, high energy level with a desire to professionally convey support information to clients
Working knowledge of bookkeeping and/or accounting a plus as well as knowledge of communication software
Experience with SQL and Visual Basic is a plus
